Red Eyed Monkey Released Today June 1st, 2007

Gary Sinnet, owner of Chateau Sinnet was pleased to announce that “Today, June 1, 2007 is the release date of our 2004 Monterey County, San Antonio Valley Red Eyed Monkey. Six estate grapes from our San Antonio Vineyard in Jolon blended into a spectacular wine. 45% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Franc, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Zinfandel, 5% Sangiovese and 5% Syrah. A superb balance was achieved among our carefully selected hand- picked grapes bringing forward the best characteristics of each varietal.”
